Summer of Hope Campaign > Help Us Reach Our Goal!
The increasing requests for Grace Centers of Hopes vital programs and the worsening economic conditions in our state have resulted in an ambitious campaign to ensure that our programs and services are not compromised and that each individual and family who seeks our help is able to receive it. The Summer of Hope Campaign is designed to provide a continuity of support throughout the summer months when donations are historically at their lowest.
In general, the $600,000 campaign will:
Provide shelter for up to 150 individuals or families at any given time
Provide Life Skills programming for 85 individuals & families at any given time.
Provide 40,000 meals during the course of 4 months.
Allow 50 children to attend summer camp, vacation bible school and other recreational activities
Provide transitional and permanent housing support for up to 100 individuals and families

Participate in and/or support any of our special events during the course of the summer. Those events include:
___ Walk a Mile in My Shoes Walkathon on May 17, 2008
___ Charity Softball Tournament on Saturday, July 26th
___ 11th Annual Golf Classic on Tuesday, August 12, 2008
___ Purchase $20 raffle tickets to win a Classic 1966 Ford Mustang
Host your own event to raise money for GCH (i.e. bake sales, garage sales, lemonade stands)
